Mr.Jagadeesan is suffering from Chronic Kidney Failure.

Kindly help him by sparing how much ever u can.

The total cost of the surgery is 6 Lakhs and so far their family has collected 4 lakhs, due to the rest of the amount there is some delay in the operation dates.
